Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09, or equivalent in other pay systems.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of official protocol functions, concepts, and practices sufficient to serve as Chief of Protocol.
- Strong analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with high-level military and civilian officials.
