About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Air Force Personnel Center Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and implementation of strategies to achieve operational excellence
- Provides advisory services and inspects assigned programs of the nuclear enterprise
- Conducts special studies and projects related to Personnel Reliability Program (PRP)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the principles, theories, techniques, practices, mission, and organizational structure of the specific program and/or functional field to support personnel/manpower/services program administration responsibilities.
Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of the laws, regulations, principles, and practices of personnel/manpower/services program administration as it pertains to Nuclear Weapons Personnel Reliability Program (PRP), including all aspects of administrative qualifications, certification and decertification processes, evaluation guidelines, and PRP suitability factors.
