Job Overview
We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our established customer base. A qualified candidate will have a friendly telephone voice, possess basic computer skills and be able to work well with multiple tasks. Experience in dispatching software preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Learn and create work orders using dispatch software
- Follow-up calls for customer feedback
- Various tasks using Microsoft 365 and other software
Minimum Requirements
- Strong, friendly communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and ability to learn new procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
