What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Trophy Plumbing?
The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of a growing business with the ability to assign technicians' appointments within a reasonable and timely route while exhibiting the highest level of customer service.
- Answer all phone calls with the upmost enthusiasm to create a pleasant scheduling experience.
- Manage, understand, and adapt to scheduling / tracking software, and Microsoft Excel by monitoring and overseeing the continued progress of the field technicians throughout the day
- Be able to create, review and interpret invoices / estimates generated for field work.
- Facilitate the Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Bookkeeper in updating and maintaining certain reports / information required to navigate the objectives of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 yr of Dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue >$1 million.
- Minimum 1 yr of Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to work On Call Rotation every 3-4 weeks
- Possess integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication.
- Possess ability to create expectations and hold oneself to the highest standards set forth by the company
