- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
*Experience*
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management and administrative tasks.
- Experience with data entry and computerized record keeping is essential.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
