Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents - Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus - Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is an advantage - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
