AirQuest is seeking an entry level human resources assistant for a remote part-time position.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented entry-level HR Assistant to join our remote team on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will support our hiring and onboarding processes by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing various administrative tasks. Please note that work hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on company needs.
Position Information:
- This is a fully remote position
- Flexible Hours
- Work hours will vary depending on company requirements. Between 0-20 Hours per week.
- Any work must be between operating hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday
Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Search for potential candidates using various online channels.
- Review resumes and pre-screen applications.
- Conduct Zoom Video preliminary interviews with candidates.
- Attend local career fairs and recruiting events to network with potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist with communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and support new employee orientations.
- Take detailed notes during interviews and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee records.
- Provides administrative support human resources functions including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, and/or employee records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and employee records.
- Help coordinate performance review cycles, including scheduling reviews and collecting feedback.
- Assist with miscellaneous HR tasks as assigned.
- Support additional HR projects or process improvement initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, understand, speak, and write in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Willing and able to attend local career fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, and pre-employment drug test
