Summary: The Marketing Operation Manager is responsible for product photography & assets, maintaining process workflows, coordinating trademark and legal needs, and managing printing & literature. The Marketing Operations Manager is in charge of the coordination, collaboration, printing, and production of marketing materials and literature. The Marketing Operations Manager is also responsible for the execution of the entire product photography process including but is not limited to managing photography workflow, managing and performing photography editing, identifying and correcting gaps in our image collection, and developing/adhering to a system to organize all photography assets.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervisor for the Archivist/Historian
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All associates of Airstream are required to know and adhere to the policies and procedures which pertain to his/her position.
- Design, develop and maintain core marketing operations workflows to support collaboration, communication, and the desired outcome of the marketing team
- Use Creative Suites to build and retouch photos consistently and according to set brand standards
- Generates sales literature, providing creative input, asset management, and execution in accordance to web and printer’s specifications and brand standards
- Manages all Marketing generated files on the Marketing Archive Drive and Airstream Dealer Network keeping a consistent naming convention
- Track and organize the workflow for the Photographers by maintaining a master spreadsheet of what product has been photographed and which products should be prioritized based on priority levels, providing weekly updates
- Establish priority levels and identify and locate products to be photographed leveraging key individuals within the organization
- Modify the existing image database to better suit the needs for our entities and make sure all newly completed image URLs are added as well as merge existing URLs that are stored in multiple places
- Liaison with legal support personnel on trademarks and other legal documents like outside partner non-disclosure agreements
- Execute brand protection activities, include monitoring activities, reporting, data and analytics and other actions needed to ensure brand protection is executed
- Project manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution and delivery
- Manage assets on the marketing server by creating nomenclature, developing filing systems and monitoring for adherence
Education and/or Experience: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, or creative design preferred. 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
