We are looking for a high-performing In-Building Wireless Vice President of Strategic Accounts to join our team. Responsibilities include meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans in the new construction market. The In-Building Wireless Vice President of Strategic Accounts’ duties will include hitting quarterly sales targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Pay range: $175-$200k base (plus $200k commission potential, uncapped)

Duties And Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build relationships with high-value enterprise and medium-sized clients within target verticals including Commercial Real Estate, Industrial/Retail, Hospitality, Multi-Family

Generate opportunities through various means, including leveraging your existing networks:

  • Actively prospect and generate high-quality opportunities using a combination of outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing your existing referral network and book of business.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities across your territory and assigned accounts to ensure sustainable business growth.

Manage the full client sales cycle and meet/exceed sales quotas:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, including identifying client needs, delivering tailored demonstrations, and developing proposals that align with customer objectives.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets by closing new opportunities and expanding relationships within existing accounts.

Work Effectively And Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams

  • Foster strong internal partnerships by working closely with the Solution and Design Engineering teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and align with Airtower’s offerings.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to streamline processes, resolve potential issues proactively, and deliver best-in-class service to clients.

Partner & Industry Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key industry organizations and affiliates, collaborating on initiatives to help Airtower generate new revenue streams.
  • Work with strategic service providers in the wireless industry to develop joint opportunities that enhance Airtower’s offerings and market presence.
  • Actively participate in industry events and channel partner organizations to build relationships, increase brand awareness, and identify new opportunities.

Provide team leadership and guidance by embodying Airtower’s core values and driving sales excellence:

  • Lead by example, practicing Airtower’s core values of honesty, humility, and delivery excellence while fostering a high-performance sales culture within the team.
  • Identify and implement sales process improvements to boost efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and support the team in achieving its goals.
  • Help identify initiatives to create new strategies, tools, and techniques for increasing sales.

Experience And Skills Needed

  • 15 years of experience selling In-Building Wireless, A/V, fiber, physical security and/or structured cabling solutions, or other significant experience selling into technical solutions into IT decision maker
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals with high-profile clients across various industries, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite executives, drive key negotiations, and manage complex sales cycles while building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Strong leadership in managing sales activities while effectively collaborating with internal teams to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Adept at juggling multiple responsibilities, prioritizing critical tasks, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Established book of business and/or robust referral network within Real Estate Developers, Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Design sectors.
  • Proven experience selling to IT or Facilities execs is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and closing deals that rely on recurring revenue models, ensuring long-term client relationships and business stability.
  • Proficient in leveraging sales tools, CRM systems, and technology to enhance sales performance and optimize workflow.
  • Committed to upholding corporate standards and aligning sales activities with company objectives and governance.
  • A consistent top performer with a history of exceeding sales targets and advancing within an organization based on performance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, industry events, and strategic opportunities as required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in managing sales pipelines and client data using CRM platforms to drive results and ensure transparency in sales activities, Hubspot preferred.
