YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / CSR
In this customer service role, you help keep our office operations running smoothly and our customers well-informed and fully satisfied! Much of your time is spent ensuring we maintain strong customer relations by taking and making phone calls, promptly responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, offering service plans, and accurately processing payments and refunds. You also help resolve customer complaints, ensure we are adhering to all consumer laws, and make customer calls when following up on permits and inspections to make scheduling changes when appropriate.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma, GED, or comparable work experience
- 2 years of customer service and administrative experience in an office
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Physical ability to perform all requirements of the position
- Ability to work overtime and weekend hours with little notice
- Strong typing and 10-key numeric pad skills
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license
