Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring the effective management of HR policies and procedures. General Duties
· Oversee the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
· Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Utilize HR software systems as ADP for data entry and management of employee records.
· Conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies, benefits, and compliance matters.
· Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies that meet organizational needs.
· Support performance management processes by providing guidance on evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
· Implement social media management strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
· Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR practices.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
· Proven 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
· Proficiency in human resources software such as ADP is highly desirable.
· Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records.
· Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Demonstrated experience in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes is a plus.
