What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Specialist position at Aisin Corporation?
The IT Specialist mission is to provide communication system administration and support to End Users in a professional and timely manner. The support position relates to all technology including desk phones, cell phones, network, workstations, servers, printers, and any unique vendor software or hardware.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Provide system administration and technical support on unified communication system. Resolve queries or technical issues and support AUM IT infrastructure. Respond to requests for technical assistance via Service Desk tickets, phone, electronic communication and in person. Desk phone and mobile device support to include set-up configuration, moves, software, installation, security applications and upgrades, fault findings and sending in for repair.
Skills & Abilities Required
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365) and remote tools. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment in which you will need to simultaneously manage multiple priorities that vary in scope and complexity. Advanced troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of computer systems, server environments, mobile devices, and other tech products. Customer service oriented, adherence to deadlines, and a desire to learn.
High School Diploma
Associate's degree in computer science
