Job Profile
The Recruiting Specialist, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, owns the recruitment process and fulfills staffing targets to meet the company's current and future needs. This position is key to building a robust workforce by effectively managing the recruitment process for both temporary and direct hires, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Continual recruit talented Team Members based on plant need and performance metrics to ensure efficient operation and successful execution of hiring plans.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Oversee hiring activities, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative support.
- Monitor and continuously improve the candidate experience to uphold the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management, recommending improvements or changes to strategies as needed.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to enhance the company's presence in relevant markets and platforms.
Required Qualification / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software.
- Must have skills in MS office excel.
