Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Prepare WCSCR (Warranty Cost Share Change Request) packets for Toyota Supplier Warranty Cost Share commodities.
- Prepare WRPR (Warranty Recovery Parts Requests) for various Warranty Engineers and their key commodities for Toyota Warranty activity.
- Prepare and maintain tracking sheet for NHTSA Critical Items as needed.
- Develop Warranty Process procedures and standards.
- Train team members on Warranty Process Procedures and maintain a training log.
- Get familiar with AQIMS (AISIN Quality Information Management System).
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience leading Automotive Quality organization.
- Strong knowledge of business practices and financial controls.
- Microsoft Office (including Access) experience.
- Knowledge of Seven Basic QC Tools.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving/Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with OEM Warranty Cost Sharing Programs.
- BS/BA required.
