Aisling Properties, LLC manages a variety of short-term vacation rental properties in Missoula, MT. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Homemaker to ensure our properties are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Vacation Rental Duties:
- Clean and prepare vacation rental properties for guest check-ins, including sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Handle quick turnovers between guest stays, ensuring properties are spotless and inviting.
- Replace and wash linens, towels, and bedding after each guest departure.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and kitchen supplies for guest convenience.
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Follow property-specific checklists to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction.
Homemaker Duties:
- Perform basic household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing spaces to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Run occasional errands related to household or rental needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, homemaking, or hospitality is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Dependable individual who comes to work and shows up on time.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $18–$24/hour, based on experience.
