As one of Technical Recruiters, you will play a crucial role in building, and evolving our practices to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will closely collaborate with ourRisk Data Science team, and will serve as the initial point of contact for many industry professionals. - Full life cycle Recruiting for our Risk Data Science organization from Sourcing to Onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering Hiring leaders to understand the scope of their orgs, technical role requirements, and how each role's fits within the organization.
- Understand stakeholder objectives, identify trends, and solve these trends proactively. Manage ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
- Partner with hiring managers to build excellent relationships, consulting them on best techniques for attracting, evaluating, and closing candidates.
- In partnership with Hiring Leaders, you will deliver World-Class positive Candidate Experience.
- Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to continually improve processes and drive operational efficiencies; share data and insights on recruiting progress with key stakeholders and recruiting team.
- Utilizing sourcing tools. (i.e internet research, boolean search strings, prompting, LinkedIn), and cold outreach, to build candidate pipelines and conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
We'd Love to Chat if You Have:
- At least five years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with an emphasis on Technology (Software Engineering, AI/ML, Mobile, IT, Tech Ops). Experience recruiting for Product Management, or Data Science roles is a plus.
- Proven track record in contributing to process improvements, and using data to draw insights and actionable plans.
- Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization, with excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills.
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Passion for using quantitative data to guide day-to-day decisions, report progress to stakeholders, and justify recommendations.
