*Work Schedule:
Between 9am and 6pm, Monday - Friday 5 days / a week
*Job Duties:
- Processes withdrawals in accordance with financial policies and procedures
- Daily financial processing including reviewing, classifying and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure all invoices and payments are posted
- Reconcile vendor accounts to monthly transaction statements, verifying and investigating any discrepancies
- Prepare detailed reports of accounts payable status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Understand compliance issues related to accounts payable processing (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
- Review invoices and update company database
- Monitor and verify payments with vendors in a timely manner
- Review AP balances and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Create and maintain vendor files and 1099's on company database
- Create and upload daily banking reports
- Support accounts receivable operations and monthly close
*Requirements:
- Create and maintain vendor files and 1099's on company database
- Businesses level of English (required)
- Associate’s Degree or above required
- 2 years of AP experience preferred
- Microsoft NAV system experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
