Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with the shared service team to ensure timely payments, manage ageing reports, and reconcile AP/GL accounts.
- Post COGS/inventory entries, participate in month-end closing, and maintain accurate records of balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with audit processes, including journal entry examination and providing supporting documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable, Inventory, and General Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Oracle Financial Systems are desired.
