Requirements
- Maintain and promote safety, uphold quality procedures, and conduct audits.
- Maximize productivity, organize workforce, and manage timekeeping and production documentation.
- Effectively communicate with all levels, promote teamwork, and uphold strong work ethics.
- Motivate, mentor, train, and develop staff; act as a positive role model.
- Ensure correct batch formulas and mixing procedures; support customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior Supervisory or Leadership experience
- Blending experience in OTC or food applications is a MUST.
- Able to perform the job functions of a Compounder
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Must be willing to work on an off shift for the next few years
