Position Overview:
The Human Resources Director serves as a key strategic partner to the Facility CEO and leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping and executing HR strategies for over 130 bed hospital with a staff of over 500. This role leads the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and performance management, training and leadership development, and policy administration. The Human Resources Director also oversees a team of HR professionals and ensures alignment with both facility and Lifepoint Division goals.
This position reports directly to the hospital CEO and collaborates closely with the Division Human Resources Director for strategic guidance.
Education Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have 3 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare management setting
- Must have 2 years of supervisory experience
