RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible to review purchase requests for non-inventory items, confirming purchasing authority limits and management approvals.

· Must entre purchase orders in Navision ERP system using correct vendors, coding, delivery dates, etc.

· Must provide submissions of purchase orders to suppliers

· Must work with Accounts Payable personnel and vendors to resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices received.

· Responsible for timely processing of purchase requests

· Must correct General Ledger coding of purchase lines

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma

· 2 years of experience as Purchasing Associate in manufacturing environment.

· Must have great knowledge of Microsoft Office
