Job Title : Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate with 1-3 years of experience in either AR or AP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and matching vendor invoices with receiving documents, reconciling expense reports and receipts, and ensuring transactions are correctly classified between locations.
Responsibilities
- Verify and match vendor invoices with receiving documents.
- Reconcile expense reports and receipts.
- Match inventory purchases with vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Invoice customers and ensure correct pricing.
- Verify the correct salesperson for each customer and calculate commissions.
- Update customer contact information.
- Process credit card payments, checks, wires, and ACH payments; reconcile daily.
- Make weekly collection calls / emails for past-due accounts.
- Process freight and storage billings.
- Ensure transactions are correctly classified between locations.

Work Environment
This position requires working in the office with hours from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Our company offers a small, family-like atmosphere with great benefits and room for growth.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49000.00 - $56000.00
