Safety Manager

Job Description Summary :

Oversee, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• The Manufacturing Safety Manager will perform all tasks associated with the role of Safety Representative.
• Develop and deliver training and educational programs for company employees.
• Organize pre-job safety meetings to address potential hazards and issues before project commencement.
• The Manufacturing Safety Manager will conduct jobsite inspections to ensure adherence to Company Safety Programs and OSHA regulations.
• Develop emergency response plans for various projects.
• Arrange basic first aid training sessions for jobsite personnel.
• Investigate and assess incidents involving bodily injury or property damage.
• The Manufacturing Safety Manager will coordinate safety initiatives with subcontractors on each project.
• Prepare and distribute regular accident reports and summaries.
• Communicate updates regarding safety requirements and changes to employees.
• Support weekly safety meetings for foremen and monthly meetings for superintendents.
• Identify and provide guidance, training, or corrective actions for project management personnel to ensure adherence to Corporate Safety standards.
