Case Mngr/Discharge Planner RN
Location: Lebanon, OR 97355
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:30am-5pm, rotating weekends
Pay rate: $66/hr. on w2 with benefits
Weekly expected hours: 40
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission. (BSN preferred)
Experience in Nursing required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Experience in Nursing.
- Acute care utilization review, discharge planning or case management experience preferred.Utilization Review or other inpatient Case Management certification preferred.Experience or training in insurance benefits or covered services including Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
