The Building Service Lifestyle Coordinator is the first person our guests and members see! This person is polished, energetic and ready to interact with every person walking through the door. A can- do attitude is a must to be successful in this role in order to understand our customer’s needs and providing them with personalized solutions. This position reports to the Executive Director with additional support from the Director of Facilities and the Leasing and Marketing Manager
What this opportunity entails:
- Provide warm, friendly and inviting service while promoting the Kenect lifestyle.
- Oversees, coordinates and manages quality control and maintenance request work orders based off daily building walk thru of dog run, parking audits, fitness center and amenity spaces.
- Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective members, and resident members.
- Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and informing management of any unusual activity.
- Supervise mailroom for white glove package delivery distribution throughout the building for both residents and coworking members/businesses.
- Maintains general appearance of lobby and other common areas, including model unit.
- Maintains visitor sign in/out book.
- Assist and provide a fun and engaging experience for members at required property events
- Assist in ensuring that the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. Visually inspect grounds, buildings and units on a regular basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized aesthetic and uniform policy.
- Attend required meetings and training seminars.
What we need from you:
- 2 years of concierge experience in hospitality and/or multifamily housing
- Experience with Yardi, CRM and Rent Café strongly preferred
- Keen attention to detail and ability to compile required reports timely
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and Equal Opportunity Housing laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of local area and market
Required Education/Training:
- 2 years of concierge experience in hospitality and/or multifamily housing
