Position Title : Bar Manager
Location : Anchorage, AK
Pay : $55,000 Per Year
Schedule : 10 am - 7PM Mon - Fri
Term : Permanent full-time position
Summary - Bar Manager
Seeking a capable Bar Manager to oversee operations of bar and facilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, familiar with general business needs, able to teach and maintain high service standards, drive operational efficiency, and meet all required deadlines.
Job Duties - Bar Manager
- Recruit, train, and supervise all bar and kitchen staff.
- Create schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Manage bar, kitchen, and supply inventory; order stock from distributors.
- Tabulate daily sales and submit documents for weekly reconciliation.
- Scan in all documents and receipts daily to appropriate files for bookkeeper.
- Calculate and pay monthly alcohol tax.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor licensing.
