Snack Bar Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving snacks and beverages to our guests. You will ensure that all food safety standards are met and maintain a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and other menu items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to customers.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in food service or retail settings.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Basic math skills required for cash handling and register operations.
• Culinary or restaurant experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
