Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Account Management D2 for a 6 Months Contract
Rate Range: $76.00 - $80.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new locations to brand, including:
- Creating bulk upload sheets
- Generating work orders in Salesforce
- Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams for successful activations
- Submitting catalog/menu build tickets
Supporting the team with inbound requests related to menus and catalogs
- Submitting tickets as needed to resolve issues
Assisting with monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants
Managing all Jira/ticket-related tasks:
- Catalog
- Integrations
- Analytics
- Data Engineering
Preparing weekly reporting emails and handling ad hoc reporting requests
Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues
