Akkodis is looking for a Field Service Representative to join our team in serving North Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using HP products.
This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, or a degree holder with 4-6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets, and processes, as well as an understanding of business management principles and practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are met. They will also handle customer relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide software service, pre-sales, post-sales, or service delivery support.
This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work under extremely high-pressure situations. The candidate should also have skills in management, planning, problem solving, innovation, analysis, communication, and negotiation.
