What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Change Management Analyst position at Akkodis?
Akkodis has a need for 2 change management analysts for a mid sized software firm in the healthcare industry. The job will pay between $50 per hour to $75 her hour. We are only able to respond to candidates who can work on a w/2 basis at this point.
This Change Analyst will ensure accuracy of tasks according to plan within allotted deliverable turnaround time. They will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, delivering value to customers (internal and external), ensuring appropriate customer satisfaction, managing or being an active stakeholder on internal projects, work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task regularly. They will work across the enterprise to facilitate and ensure process compliance for both planned and unplanned change requests.
Top Skills/Background
- 3 years of experience in Change Management, data analysis, and data reporting
- Experience working in healthcare administration or with core IT infrastructure components and service concepts
- Experience identifying issues, process improvement opportunities, and proposing feasible solutions
- Demonstrated employment experience managing projects independently and ensuring that deliverables are completed in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Central starting point for instituting change management in the Infrastructure Operations organization
- Continually review and improve and/or create new Change Management team documentation to ensure all processes are up-to-date and documented
- Verifies and audits Infrastructure Operations change requests and confirms that they are actionable to be performed by Infrastructure Operations team members
- Schedules and allocates change and service requests in a timely manner to delivery resources
- Regularly works with functional managers to optimize task utilization
- Escalates requests to management when there are resource constraints or unknown request inquiries
- Provides prioritization perspective for Infrastructure Operations work across all internal and external customers
- Utilizes Salesforce and Tableau reporting for Change Management analysis and trending by collecting and organizing data to support ad hoc and metrics generation as needed
- Active participant in cross-functional Change Management team projects
- Independently manages projects related to Change Management, scheduling functions or Infrastructure Operations
- Attends Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as a stakeholder and regularly leads CAB meetings to facilitate the introduction of IT changes into environments and approve change requests
- Utilizes ITIL change management principles and implements processes using these principles
- Supports organizational process change implementation
