Project Coordinator Opportunity
6 month contract
Pay Rate: $35/hr-39/hr W2
Local to Quincy, MA and available to go onsite
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior administrative or project coordination experience.
- Comfortable speaking up during meetings and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience interacting with key stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files- strong documentation/organization.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and strong issue resolution experience.
- Proven ability to work well both independently and within team setting- collaborative when necessary.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot as necessary within role.
- Expert with us of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, Visio, Adobe, JIRA
