We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator - Quality Management to join our team in Swiftwater, PA. This 12 month contract role involves supporting the updating of the site CCMS and ensuring compliance with Quality System Regulations.
This is an onsite position that will involve:
- Participation in cross-functional meetings
- Data mining instrument information
- Updating of master data as identified
- Contribution to new system testing activities
- SUPPORT DOCUMENT UPDATES/CREATIONS IN PREPARATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION
- Assistance in training activities
The ideal candidate will have experience with pharmaceutical utility systems, production floor process equipment, calibration-related activities, and best practices in a pharmaceutical environment.
Key requirements include:
- Experience with electronic instrument databases, preferably ProCal and SAP
- Ability to navigate engineering drawings (P&IDs) and Engineering Turnover Packages (ETOPs)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
