Location : Hybrid (Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite in San Jose, CA)

Job Description :
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive impactful employee experience & Infrastructure projects that enhance productivity, engagement and collaboration across the company. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives from inception to completion, including infrastructure operations, tools, platforms and digital workflows that support employees in a seamless digital environment. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and user needs. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital employee experience and infrastructure projects, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and organizational goals
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to deliver cohesive digital solutions
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and integration of digital tools and platforms
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
- Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Drive projects in line with defined software delivery frameworks and tools, Agile, SDLC
- Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism
