Job Summary :
We are seeking a versatile Customer Success Architect skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Marketo Engage. This role involves working directly with customers to solve targeted issues, devising optimal solutions, and leading multiple customer engagements across various industries. The ideal candidate will exhibit in-depth knowledge of AEM, CJA, and Marketo Engage, maintaining expertise on the latest releases and functionalities to effectively support and enable significant customer success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess technical challenges of customers and devise optimal solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise on AEM, CJA, and Marketo Engage.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, CSMs, and product teams.
- Lead and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Foster teamwork among Customer Success Architects and across functional teams.
