Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to lead the intricate process of account migration, ensuring smooth transitions through upgrades, identity management shifts to Adobe Identity, and administration via the Adobe Admin Console. This role demands the creation and execution of detailed migration plans, working closely with various teams to achieve a seamless transition for every account. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire migration journey, troubleshoot potential hurdles, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed migration plans and timelines, tailored to individual customer needs.
Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to facilitate smooth migrations.
Monitor and communicate progress, ensuring migrations are completed timely and accurately.
Proactively identify and solve any issues or obstacles within the migration process.
Coordinate the transformation of account versions and the integration of new user management systems via the Adobe Admin Console.
Must-Have Skills
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
Strong understanding of software versioning and administrative consoles, particularly the Adobe Admin Console.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Industry Experience
Experience in technology or software account management and migration projects is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related is required. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, although hands-on experience with large-scale migrations is prioritized over the length of experience.
