Job Requirements
- Provide customized member experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with the Publishing team to align members with appropriate service packages.
- Work internally to guarantee the timely delivery of quality products.
- Proactively monitor accounts using various software systems to prevent potential issues.
- Associate’s Degree
- 2 years customer service experience
- Experience working with high-volume processes
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Prior experience in customer service or project coordination roles preferred.
