This role involves heavy engagement with customers, use of various software tools for account navigation, and interdepartmental collaboration for efficient project completion.Responsibilities:• Ensure effective communication with customers through phone and email.• Use a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, anticipate potential issues, and provide effective solutions.• Coordinate the entire lifecycle of customer projects, working closely with customers to deliver personalized and creative experiences.• Collaborate with Publishing teams to confirm customers are enrolled in the appropriate service package.• Work with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products.• Keep track of performance and quality metrics.• Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.• Monitor customer accounts proactively to prevent potential problems.• Provide excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
