The role involves installing new applications, configuring settings, providing both go-live and ongoing user support, and troubleshooting application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing business needs, creating and testing system specifications, and documenting all processes and outcomes to maintain high operational standards within our healthcare infrastructure.Key Responsibilities : Install new applications, upgrade existing ones, and configure application settings according to user needs.Provide application troubleshooting support, resolve issues or escalate them to the correct group or vendor.Analyze business / clinical needs and requirements to recommend system improvements or upgrades.Create test plans, conduct system testing for new installations, version upgrades, and modifications, and document outcomes.Design database queries, create reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide professional customer support on a rotating 24x7 basis.Must-Have Skills : Proficiency in application implementation and support.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Deep knowledge with following Epic Records : PRC, LVN, EAP, HRX and SERRadiant CertifiedIndustry Experience : Related clinical or business experience within a healthcare or medical center context is required for this role.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
