This position requires active management of blocked orders, seamless collaboration with partner teams for order adjustments, and effective communication with customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of their order requirements. Prospective candidates should be adept at driving process improvements and maintaining detailed documentation and playbooks to enhance operation efficiency.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Efficiently identify and resolve blocked orders to meet all service level agreements (SLAs).Manage order discrepancies, conduct necessary adjustments including product modifications, cancellations, and manual entries.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.Analyze and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.Maintain accurate order management documentation and contribute to the creation and revision of operational playbooks.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Strong expertise in Order Management systems and processes.Excellent communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.Required Domain Experience : Previous experience in managing large, multinational client orders.Background in coordinating with multiple teams for bug resolution and order discrepancy management.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
