This role is vital for maintaining the success and efficiency of our software licensing programs, ensuring that our customers can make informed, right-sized investments to meet their creativity and productivity needs. You'll be joining a thriving team within one of the world's most recognized brands, contributing to the continued growth and effectiveness of our licensing business by working closely with a diverse range of international colleagues and customers.Key Responsibilities : Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate effectively with the Licensing team and other stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and Customer Service.Provide regular performance updates to team leads and maintain customer management systems.Establish and maintain a sustainable work cadence and constantly refine performance metrics.Deliver respectful, knowledgeable, and insightful engagement with customers, enhancing the value of our services.Must-Have Skills : Proven experience (1-5 years) in Licensing and Software (EMEA & Americas).Strong business-to-business interaction skills with confidence and gravitas.Customer success / Customer facing experienceLegal / complianceExcellent communication abilities, proactive and results-oriented approach.Industry Experience : Experience within software licensing, particularly in an environment dealing with partner / reseller indirect sales.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
