We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. Duties

  • Manage daily front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Oversee data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
  • Supervise front office staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
  • Implement office management procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally to facilitate easy access to information.
  • Assist with clerical duties as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining databases is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the office environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
