Duties

- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
- Supervise front office staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Implement office management procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally to facilitate easy access to information.
- Assist with clerical duties as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior management when necessary.
