AKRS is seeking a qualified and dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for the business to include sourcing, screening, recommending, assessing, testing, offering and hiring
- Assists with developing and conducting new employee onboarding and orientation
- Assists with developing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures
- Provides guidance and support to leaders and employees on a variety of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintains accurate HR records and assists with creating and maintaining HR reports
- Manages and assists with other HR-related programs and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Certification in HR (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of human resources best practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
