We are looking for an experienced Land Use Policy Analyst to join our team in Keizer, Oregon. The successful candidate will apply land use policy and regulations to support site development projects, prepare and submit required materials, and analyze complex issues affecting property and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply land use policy and regulations to support site development projects.
- Prepare and submit required materials, including land use applications, plats, rezones, conditional use, and site plan reviews.
- Analyze complex issues affecting property, transportation networks, utility infrastructure, and respond to client inquiries.
- Cordinate with project team members, permitting agency staff, and other stakeholders.
- Develop clear written scopes of work for proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, geography, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience performing land use planning/land development activities.
- Knowledge of Oregon's Statewide Planning System.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills, including letter and report writing.
