Experienced Setters and Cold Callers needed

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in dynamic, results-driven environments? If so, we’re looking for YOU to join our team as a Setter and Cold Caller.!

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating interest and setting up appointments for our closer team
• Learn about our clients and adapt your approach to meet the needs of different prospects
• Maintain detailed records of calls and update CRM systems
• Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed weekly targets
  
  

What We Offer

• Commission-Based Pay: No caps on your earning potential. The more you bring in, the more you earn! Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals
• Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential
• Remote Work: 100% remote – Work from anywhere while collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals in our virtual tower

Who You Are

• Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales and/or cold-calling
• Must be located in North America
• Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve
• Professional, prompt, and courteous
• Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success
