SUMMARY:
The Sr JDE Technical Analyst is responsible for day-to-day technical operations, administration, development, maintenance and support of the organization’s Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP platform, Perceptive A/P document management system, Nintex process management platform, and edge products. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and may periodically be temporarily assigned to other project teams. The Sr JDE Technical Analyst may be on call outside normal working hours for maintenance activities, special projects, and emergency
issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide technical analysis, administration and maintenance of the ERP portfolio, with a concentration on JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1), Perceptive, Nintex, interfaces, and ancillary .NET-based applications.
Assist in the requirements gathering, planning, design, documentation, and development of business applications and enhancements.
Coordinate vendor support for business application and enhancement development.
Utilize JDE E1 FDA and RDA utilities to create, enhance, debug, and fix JDE applications.
Utilize Microsoft .NET (C#) console and web technologies to develop and enhance small business applications, data integrations, and web service utilities.
Utilize Microsoft SQL tools for ad hoc reporting, data integration, and analysis.
Participate in the design and implementation of data integration projects relative to the ERP systems.
Leverage Microsoft Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages) and Copilot Studio to implement automation and provide reporting as needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation for business applications.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document user issues relative to financial data.
Assist in quality assurance testing.
Work with Service Desk to provide Tier 2 support.
Ensure the end users receive exceptional support as it relates to their packaged application
inquiries or break/fix service requests.
Ensure modifications, updates, upgrades and implementations are carried out in accordance
with IT Change Management policies. Ensure programs and data for all systems are secured in
accordance with Corporate and IT security policies.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
5 years of experience with JDE E1 technology tools at Apps 9.0 or higher, including proven
knowledge of JDE E1 architecture, database structure, and foundations (OMW, Security, UDCs, Navigation, E1 Pages, CafeOne, UDO).
2 years of experience with custom JDE software development.
5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL tools with moderate knowledge of T-SQL. Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and/or Power BI is a plus.
Experience with the core JDE E1 Financial modules (A/B, G/L, A/P, A/R, Job Cost, Fixed Assets).
Experience providing support in a JDE E1 9.0 or later environment that is customized (non- standard implementation).
5 years of experience with non-JDE software development languages (C# or JavaScript).
Experience relative to data manipulation and ad hoc reporting tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem resolution and product mgmt skills are a must.
Experience in the following platforms/concepts a plus:
o Familiarity with Microsoft Azure/Entra.
o Microsoft Power Apps, especially Power BI.
o SharePoint/intranet development and/or management.
o GitHub.
o Working knowledge of JDE Orchestrator toolset and/or BI Publisher.
o SOAP or REST web service development.
o Front end and/or back end knowledge of the Perceptive product.
o Nintex Workflow Automation platform.
o OneStream Financial Management platform.
o Data Warehousing technologies (particularly Microsoft Fabric).
o User Lifecycle Management.
Proficient with the Microsoft O365 office suite.
Basic familiarity with network architecture (authentication, load-balancing, firewall, etc.).
Basic understanding of the ITSM/ITIL framework with a working experience and understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle.
Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Able to work in high stress environment with changing priorities and meet established deadlines.
Comfortable working in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision.
MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT:
The incumbent must be able to operate various computer systems, telephone systems, photocopy machines, security systems, and printers.

May be required to travel by automobile and airplane.

Onsite environment.
Business needs may require travel with overnight stays.
