Job Title: Senior ERP Technical Analyst (JD Edwards)

Location: Denver, CO (17th & Welton – in office 4 days/week)

Salary: $100-120,000/year

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Analyst with expertise in the JD Edwards (JDE) stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of JD Edwards ERP solutions and be able to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system configurations. This role requires an individual who can work closely with business teams to identify needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze technical issues in JD Edwards ERP and provide effective solutions. Identify system inefficiencies and work on troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
• ERP System Configuration: Configure and optimize JD Edwards modules based on business needs. Collaborate with users and technical teams to implement necessary system changes and enhancements.
• System Integration Support: Assist in the integration of JD Edwards with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
• System Optimization & Performance: Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Ensure the ERP system is running efficiently and meets organizational goals.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on system usage. Train users on new features or functionality within JD Edwards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE): Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) or World, including module configuration, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in ERP systems with an emphasis on JD Edwards. Familiarity with other ERP solutions is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated experience in identifying technical issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing practical solutions.
• Business Process Knowledge: A deep understanding of how ERP systems support business processes and the ability to configure systems to align with business needs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ERP Integration: Experience supporting the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: JD Edwards certifications or other relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage small-to-medium-sized projects or workstreams, including planning, execution, and reporting.
