Job Summary:
The candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate executives' meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft, edit, and proofread documents and presentations.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them promptly. Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
- Project Assistance: Assist in planning and executing projects, conducting research, and compiling reports as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support Executive Initiatives: Provide support for various executive initiatives and special projects as required.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States of America
- Must be able to pass a local criminal history check, a fingerprint background check

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
