Alaant is proud to partner with our client Electro Metrics, seeking a Customer Success Manager for their contract manufacturing team focusing on their enterprise clients!


As the Customer Success Manager for their enterprise clients, you will oversee and nurture relationships with their accounts, which have multiple divisions and numerous contacts. This role is essential for ensuring client satisfaction, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.


Benefits for the Customer Success Manager- Enterprise Sales:

  • The salary is $65,000 based on experience, with commission incentives up to $100,000.

  • Bonus potential
  • Monday- Friday regular business hours


Responsibilities for the Customer Success Manager- Enterprise Sales:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication across all business departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client needs and company objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service solutions.
  • Understand the client's business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and manage pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs to drive revenue growth.


Requirements for the Customer Success Manager- Enterprise Sales:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably handling large contract manufacturing B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction
  • The ability to work with various business units
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Cardholder
