Ophthalmic Technician
CERTIFICATION is a PLUS
Main Job duties include: Working up patients gathering medical information; reading glasses, checking vision on A/R, checking pupils and glare when needed. Responsible for patient call backs, use of Zeiss Cirus OCT at Satellite office, Humphrey Visual Fields, and Nextech EMR. Other duties include but not limited to : Performing Heidelberg OCTs , Argos Measurements and Refractions.
Hours are 7:40a to 4p (M-TH ) and 7:40a to 12p on Fridays
Travel to satellite office at least 1 day per week. PRN other times.

Must be a team player, efficient and flexible. Will need to be able to cover as a scribe, in surgery scheduling or work up for another physician on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
