The Role at a glance :
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Chef Manager to our Aladdin Campus Dining team in Goodman, MS. As a Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
What you'll be doing :
- Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail, catering & student dining services.
- Planning menus based on various factors, such as market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
